The distillery is located in the town of Sainte-Rose.
Its first name was HABITATION Bellevue.
In the 1800s, Mr. Séverin acquired the Estate which will keep his name.
In 1928, Henri Marsolle bought the estate from his aunt Madame Beauvarlet. In 1966, his son Joseph Marsolle in turn acquired the business.
Since June 2014, the distillery has belonged to Mr. José Pirbakas.
